Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. We are unable to ship orders on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer free shipping on all US orders with no minimum purchase required. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and destination of your package.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside of our control.
Packaging Every order is carefully packed to protect your purchase. Rigid mailers, protective envelopes, and bubble wrap are used as appropriate for each item — particularly for delicate collectibles such as vinyl LPs, cheki photos, and handcrafted accessories.
Delivery Times Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated transit times after dispatch:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs processing for international orders.
